SERVICES

Our client engagement begins with a VEL-readiness assessment of your business.

During the first phase of this fixed-fee engagement Pacific Venture Advisors will comb through every function within the company – Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Customer Support, Supply Chain Operations, Research and Development, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology and provide a VEL-readiness score based on derailment risks and other important internal and external factors. A VEL-readiness score is an indicator of how ready the business is for prime-time.

The VEL-readiness assessment and underlying methodology packages over 50 combined years of rich global operating experience of PVA’s principals and brings it inside the four walls of young technology companies looking to build a business with sustainable differentiation.

The next phase of the engagement is a presentation of our findings and a management discussion on the VEL-readiness of the business and the impediments to success. As part of this presentation, we provide and discuss a prioritized and actionable list of recommendations that the management needs to implement to achieve a successful return on the investment in the business.

The final step in the VEL-readiness engagement is a 30-60-90 day review of the progress the enterprise has seen through the implementation of the recommendations previously made and discuss pertinent course correction measures.

PVA brings invaluable tools and practical advice to help young businesses make the most optimal use of financial and human capital resources and direct them towards implementing strategies that will have the most positive impact on the business, and in doing so minimize cash-burn and maximize return on investments into the business.

Once our clients have seen the positive impact on their business from the VEL-readiness assessment and implementation of the strategic and tactical recommendations we make, they have the option to retain our services for an extended period of time and leverage our global network for assistance with a range of important strategic and operational aspects of the business.

At times, we invest our own capital into the businesses we are helping.
